Kosher On Sunset sleeps 6.  The Master Bedroom has 1 King Bed, 1 Twin, and 1 Roll-Away bed  A second bedroom has 2 Twin Beds.  

Our roof-deck has a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean, S. Barbara Mountains, and the Channel Islands.  Enjoy the vibrant sunsets each evening from this great observation point!  

We provide: Soap, Shampoo, Washing Machine, Dryer, Coffee, Tea, Bikes, Surf Boards, Games, A Shabbos Lamp, Crock Pot (Meat), Toaster Oven (Chalav Yisroel Dairy), Coffee Machine, Hot Water Urn, Refrigerator, Pack & Play Crib, Outdoor Sitting Area.  

We are down the block from the beach.  It is a relatively quiet beach most of the year.  There is a lifeguard on duty throughout the summer, from Memorial Day until Labor Day.  There are Yoga Classes at the Oxnard Beach Park, a 10 minute walk away.  The Embassy Suites, Mandalay Beach Resort is 10 minutes away as well.  A 2 Minute Walk will bring you to the Channel Island Harbor with a Farmer's Market, Boat Rentals, Fishing Adventures, Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Cruises to the Channel Islands, Surrey Bike Rentals and more. 

Tierra Sur Restaurant at the Herzog Wine Cellars is a 15 minute drive away.  Guests are encouraged to make advance reservations.  

Pizza Nosh, Agoura Hills, is a 45 minute drive away and a great option for a family eat-out.  

Local babysitters may be available with advance planning.

Just down the block from Chabad, with Minyanim on Shabbos and a weekly Kiddush Lunch open to all.  Visit ChabadOfOxnard.com for more info about Minyanim, sponsorship opportunities, etc.  There is currently no local Mikvah, with the closest one being Mikvas Devorah in Oak Park.

Kosher On Sunset is a private dwelling within a three-family residence.  It has its own private entrance.   It is two flights up with no elevator.  Parking is available on-site for one vehicle and off-site nearby for an additional vehicle.
